The Challenge

Regarding the transport over long distances, the railways still don’t have a real alternative. The demand to move goods and people from the road to the railway is fueled especially by environmental (lower emissions than in road traffic) and safety reasons (fewer accidents). There are also economic arguments that describe the possibility of costs reduction, thereby an improvement of the economic efficiency, through capacity and continuity.

The railway network itself, similarly to the road network, is more about the optimisation and maintenance of the existing than the development.
The route capacity or the route congestion represent, in certain regions of Germany, a limiting factor. In aereas with high capacity utilization, especially in high-speed and freight traffic, are urgently needed protective measure against air and acustic emissions.

In our projects we combine excellent knowledge of guidelines, regulations and operational management for the rail tracks with services such as bridge or tunnel construction, thereby our customers receive everything from one source.
